Cascade Commercial Group recently sold 6160 Tutt Blvd to Bellevue-You-Store It, LLC for $6.76 million. CCG did the leasing on the property, which had a 98% tenant occupancy at the time of sale. CGG and Dana Rasic of Bethesda Real Estate Group have worked together for over 30 years. Our real estate group has been involved in over 125 transactions with Bethesda and we are very proud and honored of this long standing partnership.

Cascade Commercial Group sold Powers Pediatric Group, LLC’s 8,000 square foot building in less than five (5) months for $1,135,000.00. Dr. Scott Dhupar, an orthopedic surgeon, purchased the building. According to Link, they obtained many interested parties and were able to go to a short list of three (3) potential buyers.

Center City Plaza will have another tenant moving in. Dr. Eric Gessner, a local podiatrist, will be relocating to 455 East Pikes Peak Avenue in November 2010. His clinic will occupy 3,600 square feet.  Ted Link of Cascade Commercial Group facilitated the transaction for both the Landlord and the Tenant.  The Landlord was able to buy out a year of his lease and move him to a more efficient location that will better serve his patients.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates took advantage of Landlord concessions in this soft market by moving from 6140 Tutt Boulevard across the street to 6160 Tutt Boulevard.  They moved from 3,700 square feet up to 5,500 square feet. Cascade Commercial Group facilitated both the Landlord and the Tenant in this transaction.
