Cascade Commercial Group represented Bethesda Associates on two new leases at their building at 15455 Gleneagle Drive in Colorado Springs.
The first space was leased to State Farm Insurance Agency at 1,841 square foot and the second space was leased to Fidelity Mortgage Solutions at 2,119 square feet.
According to Link, this building has been a great Class A office product on the north side of Colorado Springs and has kept a high occupancy over the years.
These two new leases bring the building up to 98% occupancy. Cascade commercial group represented the Landlord on both transactions.
