Ted T. Link – Owner/Broker
Ted Link is a Colorado native. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Northern Colorado in 1984. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado since January 1, 1986. He specializes in the lease and sale of office properties, representing both landlords and tenants. Ted has leased in excess of 5,000,000 square feet and has sold more than 1,500,000 square feet of improved property, ranking him as one of Colorado Springs’ top 20 influential brokers. He has also established himself as one of the premier medical improved property specialists in Colorado Springs. He has leased and sold more medical space than any broker in Colorado Springs since 1986. Ted has worked with over 350 physician/dental groups to complete over 1,100 real estate transactions in Colorado Springs and Denver as both a landlord representative and as a tenant representative.
He is a current member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, Colorado State Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to establishing Cascade Commercial Group, he was part owner of Fidelity Real Estate Group and as such, served on the Board of Directors. He consistently led that company from 1994 to 2004 in terms of production, volume, and commissions earned. Ted Link’s professionalism and leadership helped many of the newer agents in the company achieve a much higher level of professionalism as well as production.
David H. Schroeder – Broker Associate
David joined Cascade Commercial Group in early 2016 to work as a Broker Associate under Ted Link, and specializes in the leasing & sales of office and medical buildings. David has worked in the Commercial Real Estate market in Colorado Springs for several years and is a Colorado Resident of 17 Years. David received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in 2011. He was 4-year member of the Varsity Golf Team and was named Team Captain and Dean’s List recipient senior year. Post college, David played the professional golf tours from 2011-2014 and then transitioned into Commercial Real Estate working for a Multi-Regional Development Firm from 2014-2016. During his two years working in Commercial Development, David focused on leasing, marketing and analysis.
Barbara McLaughlin – Office Manager
Barbara McLaughlin is a seasoned administrator with more than fifteen years experience as a corporate secretary for start-up companies. This includes filing corporate documents, setting up corporate accounting systems, and handling weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual shareholders and sales force meetings.
Her love of snow skiing, hiking, camping and fishing along with her husband’s job transfer brought them to Colorado Springs in 2000.
Barbara has served as President for the Ladies Auxiliary Elks in Columbia, MO. and Secretary-Treasurer of the Air Force Academy Quarterback Club for eight years.
Baxter – Executive VP of Marketing
Baxter has six years experience in a fast paced commercial real estate environment (that’s more than most brokers working for national firms, just slightly kidding). He is simply put, a go getter. Baxter is energetic, but quiet with a big smile for all of our clients. He continues to out-perform all of us with his keen ability to satisfy our client’s needs.
